Went for brunch with a good friend. We didn't make reservation; although we arrived not long after they opened and were able to be seated. Every staff member we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Service was perfect. You didn't feel rushed and the atmosphere was cozy and comforting. Would recommend this place for brunch. Next trip will be for dinner. Thank you, Amanda's and all the staff for a wonderful, enjoyable and relaxing brunch.

We came here on Wednesday after a long day of moving. The restaurant is decorated nicely and we were seated next to windows. They had happy hour and a a special going on for the night. My girlfriend was feeling a little cold and was going for a sweater in the car when someone from the team offered to adjust the temp, that was really sweet and accommodating of him! We decided to order the guava margarita for our starting drinks after being recommended by our waiter. These babies were strong but so good! It was refreshing without being too sweet. You can drink multiple of these like juice! Now, moving to the appetizers. We tried the lamb skewers and the beef empanada. The grilled lamb skewers came with a garlic aioli and it was delicious. Nice amount of char and well seasoned. The garlic aoili elevated this. The beef empanada was pretty good. The entrees that we ordered were the beef short rib and the grilled porkchops. The beef ribs came with mashed potatoes and mushrooms while with the porkchops, my girlfriend ordered with the mushrooms. The beef short ribs were tender, soft and well seasoned. It’s juices complemented the mash potato and mushrooms really well. The mash potatoes and mushrooms in itself were great. The pork chops were juicy! Also seasoned well and the spicy honey drizzle does make it really tasty. My girlfriend also enjoyed her mushrooms. The person playing the piano was awesome and since we were there when they just opened, felt like a mini concert . Overall great experience!

We had a nice and relaxing family brunch there on a Saturday morning. The place was not crowded, with patrons peppering the space here and there. Overall, good experience, as we went there open-minded and ready to try new places (new to us anyway) in Hoboken. The restaurant had an easy-going and breezy atmosphere with tables spaced out wide apart and the French doors overlooking the backyard wide open. If you are looking for some quality and familiar American cuisine, Amanda’s will fit the bill.

We went for a Saturday brunch with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The steak and egg were amazing. The atmosphere was great with live music. The price was very good for what the restaurant offers.

We recently hosted our baby shower here and truly couldn't have imagined a more perfect experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely wonderful. We were in the Ballroom and Ballroom Extension, which were not only spacious but beautifully designed—elegant, inviting, and perfect for celebrating such a special occasion. Working with Juliet, the owner, was an absolute pleasure. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, answering all my questions with care and making sure every detail of our day was seamless. Her warmth and professionalism made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. We arrived a few hours early to set up, and the team made sure we had everything we needed. The food was phenomenal—our guests are still raving about it—and the staff was top-notch: gracious, attentive, and quick with both cocktails and my ever-important sparkling water refills . The atmosphere, the service, the food—everything exceeded our expectations. Our guests had an amazing time, and we left feeling so grateful for the experience. We would absolutely book a private space here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Hosted a bridal shower this past weekend and it was a wonderful day. The food was delicious and the kitchen was very accommodating to various dietary needs. The service was excellent, the courses were nicely spaced which allowed ample time to visit with all the guests. The room was charming and the live music added a festive atmosphere.

We had a gift card and didn’t know what to expect. Overall, the food and drinks were very good! Reasonable prices too. I had the lobster raviolis, which were amazing. My husband had the short ribs and it was solid. Highlight of the meal was our dessert — we got the dulce de leche pie and it was unbelievable!
